Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our email-to-LinkedIn lookup service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Description

Our service provides email-to-LinkedIn profile lookup functionality. We help users find LinkedIn profiles associated with email addresses through publicly available information and authorized data sources.

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You may not share your account credentials with others
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:

• Use the service for spam, harassment, or any illegal activities
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
• Use automated tools to access our service without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Use the service to collect personal information without consent

Credits and Billing

A. Types of Credits

1. Usage Credits. Unless otherwise agreed, you may be required to prepay for services by purchasing credits sufficient to cover your usage according to our pricing. Your order for Usage Credits constitutes an offer to purchase those credits. We will notify you if we accept your offer. These terms become effective when we send the confirmation notice.
2. Promotional Credits. We may, in our sole discretion, offer you free credits as part of a promotion or during signup for our services.

B. Terms

1. Non-Refundable. All credits issued by us, including Usage Credits, Promotional Credits, and any other credits we offer, are non-refundable. Usage Credits expire one calendar year from the date we send the confirmation notice or otherwise issue the credits. Promotional Credits expire at the time indicated when issued (or otherwise one calendar year from when issued if no time is specified). Credits will also automatically expire if you close your account and cannot be recovered. Credits are not legal tender or currency of any kind and have no cash value. You can check the number of credits associated with your account on the billing page.
2. No Transfer. You may not transfer or sell credits, whether paid for or provided as part of a promotion, to any other person or entity. Credits may only be used by the holder of the account to which the credits are associated.
3. Balance Maintenance Service. You may have the option to automatically reload credits by a certain amount when you reach a certain level, which may be set by you on the billing page of your account. If you activate this service, you authorize us to charge the payment method designated in your account on a recurring basis for the applicable fees and taxes for the amount of credits added to your account as part of this service, until you opt out.

Data Usage and Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of our company and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Service Availability

• We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts service
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with notice
• We are not liable for any service interruptions or data loss

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall our company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the service.

Disclaimer

The information provided by our service is for general informational purposes only. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of the information.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
